How to transfer your assets from
Geopoly wallet to metamask

Step 1: Accessing My Assets

First, navigate to the Geopoly website and locate the “My Assets” section. Here, you’ll connect your account using social login, such as your email.

Step 2: Connecting Your Wallet

Upon accessing My Assets, you’ll see the details of your Geopoly wallet and its contents.
Below your GEO$, you’ll find an option labeled “Connect Wallet.” If you don’t have Matic in your Geopoly wallet, it will prompt you accordingly.

Step 3: Troubleshooting Wallet Connection

If you have difficulties connecting your wallet, it’s likely because you don’t have Matic in your Geopoly wallet. To resolve this, transfer some Matic to your Geopoly wallet from MetaMask or any other compatible wallet. This is necessary to cover gas fees.

Step 4: Connecting Your Wallet

Click on “Connect Wallet,” and you’ll be prompted to choose which wallet you’d like to connect.
Once connected, you’ll see your GEO$ and Matic balances, along with a “Withdraw” option.

Step 5: Initiating Withdrawal

Select “Withdraw,” and a pop-up will appear, prompting you to enter the amount you wish to withdraw. Enter the desired amount and click “Next.”

Step 6: Confirming Transfer Details

Another pop-up will appear, displaying all the necessary information for confirming your token transfer, including the amount to transfer, the recipient’s wallet address, and the estimated gas fee.
Click “Transfer” to proceed.

Step 7: Monitoring Transfer Progress

After confirming the transfer, a pop-up indicating “Transfer in Progress” will appear, along with your transaction hash linked to Polygon Scan.
Click on the link to monitor the progress of your transaction.
Once the transaction is approved, you can refresh the webpage, and the updated information should reflect the transferred GEO$ in your MetaMask wallet.

By following these steps, you can easily transfer your assets from your Geopoly wallet to Metamask.
